Plastic PET Packaging & Sleeving 

After the production of masks has been completed, they are immediately conveyed to be individually wrapped using a specially designed flow wrap machine.

Each Mask is sealed using sterile medical grade PET thermal film which is triple layered to enable printing/branding directly onto the wrapper without ink bleeding through the film and onto the mask.

Masks are then heat sealed along the middle at both ends, and then cut and crimped to create a single serve product.

​

Each mask is then boxed in multiples of 30 and then inserted into delivery cartons in multiples of 1200 ready for dispatch.
